Brake Line
The service was top notch! I walked in and not only is this one of the cleanest workshops I have been to but I was treated with a lot of respect. They walked me out and showed me exactly what was needed. After being given pricing they were even good enough to give me a ride home so I would not have to wait there. Thank you for the wonderful service! ED

New Muffler
Just got back from Buckeye Muffler after having the muffler replaced on my Jeep. Friendly staff, excellent price, and I was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes total time. Very pleased all the way around. Highly recommended.

Replace Braked Pads
I want to thank the owner of Buckeye Muffler on Sullivant Ave for the biker Sunday T-shirt they gave me on Friday afternoon after getting my brake pads replaced. Looking back, I've now been a customer at this location for over 17 years. I've always recommended everyone to buckeye. This establishment has always been honest and fair with me and has consistently provided good wook at a reasonable price. They are greatly blessed of the Lord for taking a stand for goodness in this business. It was great to see the biblical literature placed out for customers to read. In appreciation Greg Stephens

Brakes
I was very pleased with the service I received at Buckeye Muffler & Brake on Sullivant Ave. in Columbus! My son has muscular dystrophy and it is very difficult to get him in and out of my van without assistance, as I am small in stature. When I arrived at Buckeye Muffler & Brake a young man in a mechanic's uniform walked out of the garage wiping his hands on a rag and offered to help lift my son from the vehicle. Now, this may not seem like a big deal to some, but having lived in Columbus my whole life, I can count on one hand the number of times a stranger has offered to help me with my disabled son. This speaks volumes to me! That was my first impression of Buckeye Muffler & Brake. Now as a hard working woman myself, I know my employers are always urging us to carry ourselves with the highest standard of professionalism at all times, but this goes above and beyond for any company. This, was a "personal touch." Once my vehicle was inside, they did a thorough inspection of my brakes. Like many other women I'm sure, I'm familiar with the basics when it come to auto repairs, "Sounds like I need brakes," or "I know I'm due for an oil change," that sorta thing. When my brakes were squeaking I assumed I needed brakes. Well, apparently I need extensive work! Now if you're anything like me, you're thinking, "Oh! Here we go again! Another shop trying to take advantage of a naive woman!" Fortunately, this was NOT the case. The two gentlemen looking over my vehicle explained all of the problems they found, what needed to be fixed and quoted me a price. They also stressed to me that my vehicle was unsafe to drive. I literally broke into tears! As a single mother of a disabled child, it is very difficult to get by in just day to day life without any additional expenses. "I can't put my son into a vehicle that's not safe, but money is tight! What do I do?!" At this point the owner, I believe he said his name was Gordy, walked into the garage to speak with his two employee'
