tire service

I was going to have a tire service here so I parked my car in front of the shop's gate. When I got out the car, the mechanic literally YELLED at me to move the car. The first idea that came out of my mind was the service is going to be terrible. So I got in the car and left, dont want to spend my time here. They lost money and reputation, it was very unprofessional.

Service Provided

I had extensive work done on my car at another Monro Muffler locatin, on the other side of town, to include rotating & balancing tires. I went back to that location to have wheels retourked but they were closed. I called Monro at this Olentangy location & s/w Josh, as they were open on Suday. I told him the situation and he offered to do it for me w/o any extra charges. He was so kind and accomodating and when I got there, he stopped what he was doing and took care of it... It wasn't the size of the job that mattered most, it was his overall attitude and I knew that "SERVICE" is what he strives for. As I was there waiting, I had read some of the positive comments of customers & it just confirmed my thoughts of Josh's customer care, as well as, experience and quality work by reading all the rave reviews of this location that people voluntarily left. Sales is easy ... Service is most important in finding someone trustworthy and knowing their primary concern is "the customer". Thanks Josh!
