DO NOT GO TO 28th street auto repair the owner Scottie bowyer tells all his tire techs to do shake downs on any cars that come there and to sell them something even if they do not need anything. If the employees do not sell the customers some thing they get yelled at. He jumps titles when he buys junk vehicles he turns around and resells them with out them being put into his business name. None of his buildings are up to code. He goes to Cleveland to a junk yard to buy his " good used tires" that he sells for top dollar. again DO NOT GO THERE
