Windshield replacement

The Glass Doctor replaced windshield in my new  truck.  They gouged up the dash, left several nicks on the dash and left dirty finger marks on the side pillars.  The replacement took place on 12/09/2011 the company was called many times as well as emails.  But all we got were false promises and we will call you back.  They never offered a solution or a phone call.  After talking to them on 12/05/12 they tell me they are a new franchise.  They do not have any info on the past claim, but they will check into and call us back.  We will see.
