Auto Detailing
Toledo Mobile Detailing is a fantastic company. They do a great job and are very convenient as they come right to wherever you are located. They do stain extraction, odor removal, polish/wax, windows and the whole 9 yards. I believe they had some bad expeeriences selling to Groupon but outside that their business has been great and they are a member of the BBB.

Auto Detailing
First let me say. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Talked to the owner and looked at their website and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. I have a vehicle that I primarily wanted the carpets shampooed, however figured a complete detail job would be good. Before they arrived at my house I had washed the car and a couple days earlier swept and wiped down the interior. The owner arrived in his personal car with a vacuum, basket of towels and some spray bottles. The problem is they do not wash the car, they don't have any type of a polisher, no true waxes, polishes, cleaners, no carpet or steam cleaner etc. He thinks this is how to detail a car. He just sprayed some quick detailer on the outside and wiped it off, same with the carpets. I have more equipment in my garage to do it correctly. I was so mad after he left, I have spent 3 hrs. just on the inside removing the stains and finishing the cleaning I PAID them to do. Told the owner I was dissatisfied with the results and the work they did and he really didn't care. After a few email's he offered a refund then never sent it accusing me for trying to take advantage of him.

Thought I would try this detailing company, scheduled an appointment with a very professional sounding individual. The day of the appointment, 30 minutes late, no call, no show. I called and left a voicemail. 45minutes after my scheduled time I received a call and the excuse that they can't predict how long detail jobs take and the previous job ran over. They are supposed to be professionals, one look at a vehicle and they should know if the job would run them into the next appointment. I was told that 40 something minutes late isn't that much later and they were en route. At the very least, a call to notify the client in advance of the delay would have been appreciated. Our time is precious too. So no thanks, appreciate the call 45 minutes later, but I won't be recommending this business to anyone.

None- supposed to be mobile detailing
This is the second time they missed their appointment. I paid with a AAA Deal (Like a Groupon) so they have already been paid. They canceled the first time at the last minute after they should have already been here, because it "looked like rain". It never rained and was sunny. I called and left a message and eventually called back enough times until I got the owner. He said he would call back and he never did. They emailed and confirmed today's appointment Monday at 9AM, twice. It's 10am Monday and nobody called or showed up. I'm sorry- they did just come, at 10AM with all kinda of attitude and excuses. Supposed to be a team, it's one guy to detail a car? Full of attitude- he didn't like me saying he was an hour late, so he left! He never did anything. I'm getting my money back.
