Alignment and control arm replacement

I paid $1,700 for an alignment and to have a control arm replaced. when I left the shop I was informed that everything had been done and went and got brand new tires put on. Two weeks later, after noticing two of my tires were showing wires already, I discovered the alignment was never done. I had to take my car back in to have the alignment done and then turn around and pay to replace 2 of the brand new tires. They refused to own up to their mistake and wouldn't even help cover the cost of the replacement tires I had to purchase.
