horrible customer service

Had a spoiler put on my brand new car. The spoiler came in the wrong color so they sent it to the paint shop to have it painted. Still didn't match when it was returned. The first guy said it will never match, then the second guy(manager) says it matches perfectly. The manager never got out of his seat to even go look at it! He kept interrupting me when I was talking and never apologized. He never said what he could do to fix the problem nor did he ask me to sit down. Horrible customer service! Not sure why the spoiler was put on in the first place if it didn't match! Isn't that common sense?? I called a different manager(Chad) after leaving there very upset and told him the story. He said he would do some digging and call me back. Three days later, no phone call. I will never return to this place. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!
