Worst Service of my life , never will i go to this shop again ! Went for a new windshield and allienment left my car there came back to my car with a new windshield NO ALLIENMENT AND A FCKING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT THAT I NEVER HAD ! BOUGHT MY CAR A WEEK AGO WITH NO PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!! BUT THIS WILL NOT STAY LIKE THIS.

poor services
I had appointment for Bills Glass and Windshields to come out and replace my window at 4:30pm when no one showed up I called and was told that since no one could get in touch with me at 3:00 pm that they cancel my appointment and was closing up for the day and to call back and make another appointment which won't happen I don't have beg people to take my business. I WILL NEVER TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I will tell my friends to do same.

Car windshield repair
It's okay in there. BUT I bought a car with a cracked windshield and the dealer paid for it. when they were finished I had 3 deep scratches.... ive had the car for a week and they were not in my car prior to my glass replacement. im really upset

Poor Service
The scheduled time was not met and the tech arrived very late, ruined my lunch hour. The tech was simply unprofessional. After an exchange about the tardiness I watched from my office window and he appeared to smack a pick or awl into the crack with his palm. There was no original crack, upon looking at the windshield after the repair, she material was sloppily applied and a crack extended from the chip in two places beyond the repair, the windshield is now trashed. I couldn't be more repulsed by the whole experience and am contacting my credit card company to stop payment on this charge.

Window Insttalation
We bought a window from them to install. The installer dropped it and broke right in front of 3 of us. They said they would come over the next day to replace it and they never showed. Called the next day and spoke with Manager, He said they are not responsible and hung up. I called back and spoke with the owner and he said they are not responsible for breaking the glass, that its an industry standard. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend

Car windows repair
First off, this place is comparably cheap because they certainly do a volume business. but they did shoddy work on my vehicle. there is still broken glass in my door frame and I can hear it scraping against the window when the window goes up or down. also, they left a ton of broken glass in the car. I realize you're not going to be able to get all of it with the vacuums, but there was way too much of it left in piles around the backseat where the window was broken.

Great price. Poor workmanship. Crappy customer service. Left me no access to my car over the weekend. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere.

Car Windshield
Replaced the windshield on a car and they left visible cut marks in the interior, left their trash inside the car and messed up the mechanical component for the windshield wipers. Also made alterations to an outside plastic guard that they did not inform me.

Windshield
The worst place to get your windshield as I called and asked for a windshield couple of days ago and he told me Im not interested, I spoke to someone and he was more concerned about how he was going to get paid then to satisfy his customers. I would never recommend anyone to ever go to this place.
