Auto Repair
A great auto repair shop. Very knowledgeable staff. Prompt service and very fair prices.I was in and out and got exactly what i needed and nothing more. I would highly recommend Owen Motors for auto repair of any kind!

used auto sales
I saw some real nice looking cars as I drove by so I stopped in and took a closer look. The three cars I was interested in all had high mileage so I took out my tablet and looked them up on KBB and Edmunds. It turned out that each car was $1,000 to $2,000 over retail value. When I questioned the manager (owner?) he gave me some smart guy answer and accused me of insulting his business. That ended any chance of my wanting to test drive any of the vehicles. I ended up buying a similar vehicle from a Mercedes dealer for $400 over retail value with less mileage AND I got a warranty.

Car rental
This review is regarding the car rental that is proudly advertised on a sign in front of the business. Daily car rental for $19.95 a day sounds like a reasonable deal. Just wait until you see the car that you get. The car they rented to me was worse than any car I have ever driven. The rental took place in the summertime, and the air conditioning was not working. The radio was functional, but could not be turned off, only turned down. The car was very noisy and very likely was burning oil. The interior of the car was falling apart, and the exterior was very 'dinged' up. I expressed concern when I first saw the vehicle. I returned to the business a couple more times during the rental period to request some sort of improvement to my situation. When I complained I got a lot of excuses about how busy they were, and how poorly other customers treated them (after my experience I can understand why that might be). Further I was told that they didn't have a secretary or a person to detail the cars to explain why my experience was so poor. The car could not be improved by detailing, and a secretary isn't going to be able to get the car into better condition. I, myself, would be embarrassed to work for this company. There was no interest in trying to assist me as the customer to feel like I was receiving even close to standard service. I am a very easy-to-please customer with a very long fuse but I will not ever deal with this business again. I would discourage anyone who is interested in a reasonable level of service from attempting to use the services of Owen Motors. This was not a good experience on any level. I was in a difficult position, and the worker I dealt with took full advantage of my situation by giving me a substandard product and substandard customer service. I wouldn't recommend getting your car serviced at a place that thinks it is appropriate to rent a car that is in such poor condition.

auto repair
My daughter was traveling on a Sunday and her car stopped running on the highway. She exited, drove to the nearest auto repair. She left her car and keys and contacted Owens Motors from Ohio on Monday. The person with whom she dealt fixed the car,and charged a very fair price. It is refreshing to find a business that is honest, knows what it is doing, and does it. Thanks Owens Motors.
