gas tank leak, inspection, general repairs
I would take my car to Lenzi's anytime!!! Not only are they honest they are fast and dependable. What I thought would cost $2000 cost $600 and was done while I waited (in just a few hours). My daughter is now a client of theirs also and loves them. I am extremely picky about who works on my car and if I had read the prior horrible reviews I would have avoided Lenzi's all together and I am so very thankful that I didn't. You don't stay in business that long without being good at what you do and honest.

Engine Replacement
Do not take your car to Lenzis Service Station in Monongahala, pa. They quoted me 2-3 days to replace a engine in my explorer and it has been almost two months and I just heard from them! They also raised the price $600 more from the original quote. They have no customer service, are very rude, and ignorant.... Take your car up the road to Performance Auto.....

Wheel Bearing
I took my car to this place when it started making a noise and they said my wheel bearing was bad. This was a part they repaired 8 months earlier when they said it was bad then,I questioned how this happened since they claimed to repair this already, since I couldnt find my receipt and they said they do not keep computer records or carbon copy, I had to pay for same job again, when picking my car up I asked for my old part or proof work was done this time , I made a comment about their record keeping, and said a "real mechanic" would keep better records. The desk employee then called me a F' ing "B" and ask me "to take it outside" while another customer was in the lobby! If this is their customer service billing employee,just imagine what kind of quality mechanics they employ to work on your car.If u want the job done right the first time, DO NOT go here!!! This place gives service with a smile a whole new level of unprofessional to say the least.
