Car Sale
This entire dealership seems to be full of incompetent morons incapable of returning a phone call or holding true to their word. my entire expere with them has been a nothing but a migraine headache. If a salesman says that fixing part of a vehicle will be done because you point out it is the 'make or break' part of the deal, you would imagine it would be fixed when you go back in to seal the deal, wouldnt you? No. It toook multiple calls and being made to feel like I was inconveniencing them for the issue to get fixed and then finally, when they do fix it, it is done half-a** and still doesn’t work properly. I wonder how many more phone calls and messages I'll have to leave this time to get them to fix it and fix it right? Also, to be led to believe there are no major issues with the vehicle but have to take it in no more than a month after buying it to have the entire steering column replaced seems like poor practice of honest salesmanship, or at least very unthorough inspection of a vehicle before putting it on the market and slapping an A+ sticker on it. I’ve had to miss work multiple days from my futile efforts to get this vehicle fixed and I can't imagine what will go wrong next.

Car buying
I have had MULTIPLE calls and visits to this place since buying my car in December. My steering has gone out - I have called multiple times and had no call back, until I eventually just went down. I was promised a new CD player (or repair of the one in my car) when I had said this would a big thing and it would make or break the deal.. and a MONTH later (a little over a month) I finally get one and the controls on my steering dont work! The wholeeee reason why I didnt want an aftermarket one, so guess who has to make yet ANOTHER trip down there next week, since they dont like to return calls.
