My husband and I were very interested in a Jeep Patriot this dealer was selling. The only thing was it needed some major repairs, but no one so far could figure out the problem. They did offer to lower the price and sell the car without a warranty because of this. We drove up on a Saturday (a little over an hour drive from where we are located), and the finance person wasn't even in. The only person at Crossroads was the mechanic who we spoke with and told them what happened. He called Brandon for us to double check that the Jeep was sold and Brandon confirmed it was. Then I asked the mechanic if Brandon's wife had been at the dealership today. He said NO. Brandon told us his wife sold the ca
