Hod a tire that needed to be patched. The repair did not properly seal. They gave me a full refund.

Just needed an oil change and alignment.

These guys were awesome. I work from my car everyday. I’m a security officer that uses my personal vehicle to sit in lots to guard vehicles, which means my vehicle sits the entire day in all extremes of weather. With the extreme cold we recently experienced, my tire pressure in all 4 tires dropped drastically. I couldn’t drive the distance I do on flat tires. That night, both places closest to my work location had air hoses that didn’t work. I had to call AAA. Still the issue was a problem. I was in a panic because I felt uncomfortable knowing my tires were not where they should be. I’m originally from Michigan where we were used to very cold weather, and in 50+ years of driving NEVER had issues like I was having with my tires. And my tires are not even a year old! A friend recommended NITROGEN for my tires and recommended these guys. So first thing the next morning I went in. They were very courteous , fast and made sure I was taken care of. I left feeling a LOT of relief, knowing that I shouldn’t have the issue anymore. And I didn’t. It worked beautifully! THANK YOU from an older lady who felt frustrated and a bit frightened with my situation! I feel safe driving my vehicle again! THANK YOU!

MY CAR BLEW OUT A BULB IN A HEAD;LIGHT. I WAS TOLD THE GRILL HAD TO BE REMOVED TO REPLACE THIS BULB. TAKING A LOT OF TIME, THEREFORE IT WOULD BE EXPENSIVE. PLAZA TIRE INSTALLED THE BULB WITH GRILL IN PLACE. SAVING THEM TIME AND EFFORT, AND SAVING ME MONEY.

I agree with Gene. In my case I drive a diesel Sprinter, very hard to get good service on to begin with because it is all German. I live in Montana too. I was referred to Westport Autohouse by a friend whose personal experience was very similar to the other review. So I called and made an appointment. The owner - Mike- insisted that because he had to order parts I should plan on leaving it overnight. I told him - Ok but- I had to be finished by 4 PM on Thursday since i had to be in another part of the state for business on Friday. The initial estimate was fine and was accurate to what needed to be done according to my research on the problems and the symptoms. The final bill came in a bit higher but they had completed all the repairs, the van drove smoothly and perfectly for the first time in months !! I am elated. I had been in a Mercedes Benz dealership earlier to get the same things done and they wanted over $2,000 more and most of that was for the wrong stuff anyway. I highly recommend Westport Autohouse and plan to use them every time I need a repair in the future. Tim B.

Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. I have been going here for nearly 10 years now. Mike has always been honest, up front and fair. He lets me know what needs to be done right away, what doesn't need to be done now but will need to be done eventually, and what doesn't need to be done but that I might consider. He knows my financial situation and bases his suggestions around that. I can't recommend him strongly enough. Even though I no longer live in the Tower Grove area, I've kept him as my primary mechanic for nearly all my car needs.

I came in with a huge radiator failure and John and the guys here definitely gave me the best service and deal on the rates. They're going to be my permanent auto shop home for a while!!

I stopped at Sal's one day to ask for directions, and after he helped me figure out my way, he noticed an indent on the side of my one of my car's front panels. He asked if I would wait just a minute. He came back with his tools, asked if I would like him to fix it, and proceeded to work a huge improvement on getting the dent out. He wouldn't accept any payment and sent me on my way with a smile. I definitely plan on using him when I need a mechanic next.

We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy business people today who are genuinely concerned with your satisfaction, but these guys are the real deal! I've been a customer for several years and don't have to concern myself with wondering if I'm being given the right diagnosis or solution to the problem. It makes all the difference. They charged me too much from start to end 3440.00 and my engine is locked up on me small claims court is where im going

I took my car in to have work done on the motor they kept the car for over 2 weeks did not fix the problem and messed up the transmission when they pulled the motor .I would never give this place a thought.
