Creaking/Clunking sound on sharp turns? 2001 Hyundai Tiburon

Yesterday my car started making this creaking/clunking sound when I make sharp turns. (90 degree turns, usually when I'm coming out of my driveway). It doesn't do it when I am not moving and just turn the wheel. It sounds like it's coming from the front driver side, but I'm not really sure. Almost sounds like when you step on a creaky floor board in an old house, except more metal creak obviously. Any ideas on what it may be and rough estimates of cost?

Sounds like a strut mount a mechanic would have to look at it to give you an accurate price
