Squeaky transfer case 2004 Gmc YUKON XL 1500 DENALI

Hi my transfer case seems to squeak at low speeds. Been doing it for a couple years. Just an itritating noise. On the highway it becomes a high pitch whistle sound. What could it be. Its not the drive shafts. Its coming from either the transfer case or the transmission.
