Brake Repair
We were unexpectedly faced with a rear brake failure late on the first day of our trip to Savannah, Georgia. First Class in Greenville, SC was recommended by a local friend and immediately got our car first in the morning. They identified the problem, repaired it and had us on our way before noon! 5 Star Service and Staff
A HUGE shout and thank you to First Class HALT - Greenville! We are so happy we took our Honda Pilot to them last week! They went above and beyond! When they could not figure out something in time for me to head to state meet with my swimmers, instead of allowing me to drive in my car they rented me a car for the weekend bc they wanted to be sure we were safe! WOW! That’s amazing customer service that you just don’t find much any more!!!!!! Thomas did an amazing job of communicating with us and making sure we were taken care of! My car is fixed and we will pick it up today! But I had to share and refer this amazing place to all of my friends in the area who drive Honda, Acura, Lexus or Toyota vehicles!!!!!
