Brought my wife's car in for pulsating, noise, vibration and chirping sound. Was told she needed brake pads and rotors all around. After picking up car, we experienced the same pulsating, noise and vibration so took vehicle back in the next day. Was told that two of the rotors were bad and had to be warrantied out. When picking up the car this time, was told that it had been fixed and test driven and all was good. That afternoon we left for a trip to the mountains, before arriving the car started doing the same thing only worse. We were forced to take the vehicle to a mechanic in Boone where they told us the issue was that the brake calipers were sticking. We had to have new brake calipers installed and the brake fluid flushed at a cost of $430. This fixed the issue. I'm not at all happy about spending $1000 here and then getting stranded out of town and having to spend another $430. Also, I'm now concerned that the new pads and rotors that were initially installed at a cost of $1000, were damaged or compromised because of the caliper issue.

I love these people. Wesley is wonderful to work with and the other guys are friendly, kind and helpful -- especially Johnny! At this point I wouldn't go anywhere else.
