Diagnosis and cleaning of malfunction lamp sensor

The malfunction lamp light went on in my 2014 Honda Pilot. I was told it would take 45 minutes to look at. It took 2 hours. I noticed the car was done as they drove and parked in the lot, but no one came to find me in the waiting area. I had to inquire with the customer service rep and then it took them another 10 minutes to find an invoice. They ended up hooking my vehicle up to the computer and found nothing so cleaned the sensor. They charged me $182 to do this and it takes 5 minutes per others in the automotive industry. I feel I was taken advantage of as I am a female. I experienced very poor service and I thought the price they charges was too high. M. Meyers
