Service was excellent and turn time was fast, but I was obscenely overcharged on the cost of parts. The parts charge for a single wheel hub was ~$390, whereas quality hubs I found online were priced at $81 each. This is absolutely unacceptable, underhanded, and criminal. I couldn't even find any hubs for half the price they charged me, much less the full $400. I will not be recommending this shop to anyone in the future, or returning for other services.

My alternator was going out in my truck, I didn't even call before taking it in to 12th St Auto Care. When I got there I explained what happened while driving. They were able to get the parts and do the truck that same day. I recommend this shop hands down!!

My wipers were stuck on. I took it in @ 3:30 Wednesday & they found that the switch was bad. They were very busy but they said they could fix it by the end of that day & asked me if I wanted to have it done. They offered me a loaner for the 1 1/2 hours that it would take but I decided to stay and wait. Everybody that works there is so friendly that my wait time passed very quickly. I also was very pleased that the repair was done that very same day. I won't ever take my car any place else but 12th Street Auto from now on.

Called to get an appointment for an oil change and they are always accommodating. With having late hours on Tuesday and Thursday evening until 7:00 this works well with my work schedule. As a single woman, I absolutely love this shop! They are HONEST! My car lit up an icon that I needed a tire rotation and they honestly told me that I was good for now and when to come back for a follow up.
