Alignment service near Antioch, TN

Poor customer service, I waited in there office for 30 minutes while most of this time was spent listening to the staff in the office tell stories about everything but business. The man never once ask me if he could help me. I will never take amy of my vechicles to them again. AVOID THIS SHOP!

Took a new to me 06 Sequoia to Ron because I was hearing noise from the rear end. Ron spent over half a hour driving and checking things. Typical road noise for that model. I tried to pay him for his time, but he wouldn't take any money! Said just to bring it back to him when I needed some work done. That I will surely do! Very nice and honest man to deal with.

Took my truck, a 2008 F150 to Car Maintenance and Performance earlier this year. Craig and the gang took care of us and our vehicle. I had my yearly oil change as well as a transmission service and tire rotation. While the shop is 50 miles from me this is the only place I will take my vehicles.
