Water in gas and thorough service

No down time for my boat repair. Came and took boat out of the water for repairs. Was back at boat slip at marina before weekend. Very honest and reliable. I would recommend to anyone needing a knowledgeable boat mechanic. Tips on things I should be doing as a boat owner. I’ve owned boats for 30 years. Best service with all my boats Absolutely use again over and over. Hopefully won’t need Lol

Motor Repair

These guys are awesome. Yes, it may take time, but I went to one that is close to this shop and while it took less time, the job was not done correctly. I had to take our boat to MTM to get it done correctly. These guys are honest and get the job done right the first time, at a reasonable price. They will not "oversell" you just to make sure they cover everything that may be wrong.

repair of boat motor

This company does good repair work and at competitive prices. Current staff is very friendly but appear to be spread way too thin. The only problem I encoutered was the work is not done in a timely manner as they seem overloaded for available staff. Follow up phone calls are almost nonexistent and timeframes the staff estimates to get the repair done are not met. Had to call about my repair several times (over a period of several weeks past the timeframe I was told they would try to get it done by). In my opinion they need an office manager (and maybe an additional mechanic)to better serve the needs of customers, make and take phone calls, set appointments, and generally keep the customer informed of the progress made on repairs . Not meeting the estimated timeframe on a repair is one thing but not calling the customer to let them know is just not good business practice. Just a thought...
