general car check after breakdown
These were the NICEST people. I’m a college girl who doesn’t know anything about cars and they were so nice and reassuring. They explained everything to me and even took the time to call my dad and give him the updates since he understood what they were talking about.

Auto Repair and family atmosphere

Rebuild transmission
I bought a truck at auction with over 240k on it and quickly found out that the transmission needed to be rebuilt. Aamco of Chattanooga rebuilt the transmission and put it back in my truck, it now drives as good as a brand new one. From the beginning and thru the process the owner (Thompson) and his manager (Scott) were very professional and kept me informed along the way. Before I picked it up, They took the time to make sure everything worked perfectly. I wouldn't bring my vehicles anywhere else... A+++

Check Engine Light on
I took my car to AAMCO because my check engine light was on and not only did they fix the problem, they were great to work with; quick, friendly and the price was right. Happy to say I passed the smog test and my car is now registered. Thanks Thompson Pettway and the gang at AAMCO! Ms. Pineda

New Ownershp
AAMCO Chattanooga is under new ownership starting February, 2013. Thompson P. Pettway is the new owner. Customer satisfaction is priority #1.
