Transmission service

Very happy with the service Hi Tech did on my Acura. Very reasonable prices and they got my car back to me quickly. I had my service the beginning of January 2016 and have not had 1 problem with it. The employees treated me very kind & respectful. Thank you Hi Tech for your honesty & very good work on my car. I will be referring my family & friends to you.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just check the BBB for their reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apparently he had another business called Superior Transmission that had a "F" Grade and was forced to shut down- Hi Tech Transmission has a "C-"score. After talking to several other legit places- they all informed me to count my blessing that I did not go to this place. They said most people who bring their car in- never see it again. I knew something was not right when he quoted a significantly lower price than any where else and when I called- the young girl that answered was extremely unprofessional. I work as a secretary and if I had answered the phone the way this girl did- I would be fired. I hope people read this and are not scammed by this place. I know my Guardian angel was looking after me today! Oh and watch out- the guy writes fake reviews to make the place look legit!

Transmission Repair

I got referred to Hi-Tech by a friend and subsequently had my transmission repaired by them. They did the job quickly and efficiently and at a fair price.

transmission

So I brought my car here to get my transmission checked out and the alignment fixed. Well not only did they take care of my transmission and realigned my car, they even added in some new tires. So, I don't really see my self going any where else but here.

stolen ar

Do not under any circumstance, bring your car here. Unless you don't want the car anymore. This business is nothing but a scam ran by Jason Reid. If you really want to know about his business, search "Superior Transmission, Columbus, Ga". This was Jason's previous transmission "repair" shop until he was ran out of Georgia. It will tell you anything you need to know. Hi-Tech has only been in Chattanooga for a little over a year and most (if not all) good reviews you read about them are fabricated by Jason Reid or his employees. You will notice, most good reviews, you cannot view the user profile, or it is the only review they have ever done. I had a small leak in my car, took it to Jason. He called, two days later and said it would $489 plus a seal ($10) and maybe a pump ($200). I was figuring about $800. I waited three days and didn't hear back. So I began to call. Another week later he finally calls me back and says it will be over $3,300!!!! I told him I did not have that, as it was a minor leak and there were no engine troubles at all, just the leak. He tried to get me in touch with a Title Loan company he does business with. I know a scam when I see it. I only paid $2,800 for the car; I was not going to pay more to get it fixed. So, he has the car. This man has found a legal way to steal people's cars. Check reviews, it is the same story that happens to every one of the negative reviews you will see. He will most likely respond to this and try to discredit me, because I have seen him do it with several real reviews. I just hope people can see through his lies and not be taken advantage of like I was. And if it is too late, remember, if you decide to sue him, you have to sue "NEW LIFE ENTERPRISES, INC. dba Hi Tech Transmission". This is one of his many ways to get around what is morally right.

Transmission Screw Job

I'd give these guys -20 stars. Car broke down on a 20 hour road trip. Gave it to these guys, we wound up having to stay 8 days before we even heard a darn thing about the car. They screwed us over 3000 bucks and wound up getting a free car because of it. Stole some of our stuff too after we'd left after 10 days.(Ipods amongst the things stolen) Spent over 1000 bucks in hotels just to be screwed over by a bunch of crooks. They were gonna charge us secret fees too. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS!
