Locally owned and family operated, Jackson Auto Repair has been serving Jackson and the West Tennessee community since 2008 but our Master Mechanics have more than 60 years combined experience. We’re a AAA Approved Auto Repair Center and an Bosch Car Service and Warranty Center. Our ASE Certified Technicians deliver dealer level certified car repair and service and we cover our work with a standard 2 year/24,000 mile nationwide warranty. Service Provided
Services at Jackson Auto Repair formerly Luxury Auto Service are expensive but the convenience of having a repair facility in town justifies using them for out of warranty service. They have on all occasions correctly diagnosed the issues with my vehicle and provided an affective repair. I will continue to use them for my import car needs.

Check Engine Light
I was driving from Memphis when my check engine icon lit up. As a driver visiting the area I was quite concerned. It was closing time what should I do? I was given the number for Luxury Auto Service. They volunteered to come to me even though it was past closing. They checked the computer and assured me that my car was safe to drive. When I returned home I took the car to my local dealership and was told that my roadside service was diagnosed correctly. The staff was efficient and courteous. Luxury Auto is great! Top Mechanics
I am deeply indebted to Luxury Auto Service. Our car started to experience transmission trouble, as my daughter and myself traveled from Raleigh, NC to Dallas, TX. After reviewing our repair options in Jackson, and checking with AAA-approved vendors, we were encouraged by the positive reviews on Google for Luxury Auto Service. We drove to their location to meet them at their 7:30 AM start time. John, the fellow who greeted us, took time to understand the problem and what it could mean for our options. They then reviewed the car as we waited in their well-provided customer lounge (yes, with Wi-Fi) One of their top mechanics spent time carefully examining the transmission and driving the car. It was their assessment that we need a transmission specialist to help us, which is where the car is now. Their assessment fee was shockingly inexpensive.
