Oil change and tire rotation
I have been a customer of this King Tire location for many years and have always gotten great service at a decent price. The last time I went, however, I felt like I was being a little deceived. Maybe not actually deceived, but I could not get a direct answer to a question. I always use regular oil and that is what I requested on this trip, but when it came time to pay, the price was quite a bit higher than usual. I asked if prices had gone up and instead of answering my question, the person I was dealing with just went into a spiel about why blended oil is better for the car engine compared to regular oil. He never answered my question. Then when I got in the car, I saw on the little reminder sticker that they had used the blend, which is more expensive. I would not have objected if it was an honest mistake, but by avoiding my question, it made me suspicious. I will still patronize this business but I'd rather not deal with that particular individual again.

Great Customer Service
Had a tire problem on a 2017 Corvette the dealer attempted to repair and totally botched it up. I contacted Eric at King Tire, he told me to bring the vehicle in. Long story short, they went out of their way to insure the tires were properly balanced and within road force tolerances. The car rides substantially better. They will get more of my business. Sam D.
