I dropped my car before 9am. Hadn't heard from them by 2:30 so I called told me put in freon and checking for leak in air conditioning be ready shortly. I got there and charged 175. 9.99 was freon and rest was labor. My air conditioning was running cooler but still not cold and I had already put freon on it and it was full. I'm pretty sure it was compressor but I'll take somewhere else since still not fixed.

Went in for a new alternator. 1.5 days later I was told a warranty fiix at no charge, new alternator and battery. Neither had been touched Checked voltage and running on battery. Got it home and put on a new alternator myself. I won't be back.

My tire had a leak and they said they fixed it but it was not fixed when I received it. I also didn’t get my car back for two weeks when they said it it would take a few days. When I took my car home I realized my whole entire console was missing which included my drivers license and they did not take responsibility for that and cannot find it. Overall I had a horrible experience at RT Clapp.
