I have been a longtime customer and have recommended this shop to many others over the years, but it is no longer my go-to for everything auto repair after new ownership. Had a rear brake replacement about three months ago for $1,100. I didn't question this cost at the time due to a long history of reliable pricing, but I now recognize this is very high. Subsequent squeaking later occurred, and a loose spring was found and repaired at no charge, but a $30 "inspection" fee was charged. I also asked them to look at an exhaust rattle, and they told me I needed a new one and quoted $989.40, and it would take a few days to order parts. I asked about pricing and was told an OEM version could be ordered for $60 lower. I wanted to think about it, so I called around and got the exhaust repaired for $475 the same day. Now I question Autopro's workmanship and cost sensitivity. Very disappointing to have to find another reliable auto shop after several years of good service.

I have used Auto Pro for several years with good service and good rates but their management recently left. This was my first visit since then and the price sky rocketed from last time. I had even referred several friends to them and my loyalty is apparently unappreciated. I will NOT be back!

My F150 blew a water pump. Had the car towed to Auto Pro. Picked it up the following day. On the way home, the engine began revving and over heating. Got the car home and opened the hood. Turns out they never replaced the coolant that leaked out when the pump went. $930 to replace a water pump and they don’t refill the coolant? Inexcusable. This place was a great repair shop for years. In the last 3 or so years they have have gone down hill. The last 4 visits over the last couple of years I’ve had to bring my cars back because repairs were not done properly. I suggest you look elsewhere for auto repairs.

Service was good and Josh took good care of me. One comment to help. Too much leftover old oil on the skid plate. Better care should be taken to clean up old oil
