Repair of 2004 Ford Explorer
On 2-28-18 Anthony was a total God-send for us!! Our vehicle broke down on a 9-hour drive from Fayetteville, NC to the Nashville area. It was raining, dark, after closing time. Anthony met us at his shop, checked our vehicle, helped us find a pet-friendly hotel, drove us to the hotel, made sure we were safe and had his number if we needed anything and even offered to take us to get some supper! He had our vehicle up and running before lunch the next morning and the repair bill was a fair and decent price... cheaper than we expected. I don’t have enough words to express the gratitude we have for Anthony. His skills and knowledge of my vehicle’s needed repairs and quick repair time would be more than enough for me to write this review, but his willingness to go above and beyond to show concern and hospitality almost has me glad that we broke down. Highly recommend Anthony for auto repairs if you are in the Newport, TN area!

attempted brake repair
As a new resident of Cosby, I went over to get my brake lines repaired here. Anthony saw that I had a light on my dash and he would take care of that. Sadly, his idea of "taking care of it" was just to unplug the sensor. After repairing the brake lines, he did not even bleed the brakes to get the air out, resulting in a dangerous driving situation. He is also severely lacking in professional communications with customers, as there choice of words were not fitting for a repair shop. I highly "un-recommend" this place of business due to his inadequate skills, carelessness, and lack of professionalism.
