Owner Mark Fulks Sr. grew up in the automotive repair industry. Starting his automotive career by working in his father Ken's garage at the ripe age of thirteen, he learned that customer service is the most important part of business. He worked for Ken throughout his high school years and eventually moved to Precision Tune to gain additional knowledge and experience.

As the years passed, he worked for local independent Goodyear stores starting as a technician, then transitioned into management. He worked with Goodyear for over twenty years while building his customer base through side work done in his home garage. His business grew until it became necessary to formally open his own automobile repair service.
