Had my daughter take her car here for an oil change. I have been here previously and they were fine. I told her NOT to pay for anything other than an oil change unless she calls me 1st. 
She ended up with new brakes, oil change and new air filter. 
The mechanic some how broke the air intake hose on her car and her check engine light came on 2 days later. We had Sears do a diagnostic and they said Waterfalls broke the hose and to take it back and have them replace for free. Well….. they would not replace it, said they did not do it, which is bull because I got on line and found out this is easily broken when changing an air filter since they are so close together. 
I should have called the BBB on them and may still do that. These ppl are very unscrupulous.
Bottom line, cost $214 to repair what they broke, 
Watch out and do NOT send a sweet young girl in there, she will leave with extra service she does not need and may cost her more in repairs.
