inspection
Asked one of the two mechanics to please get the glue off the windshield of my 2011 Chev. Cruz before applying the other sticker. The mechanic stopped as he was walking from the office to the bay, turned and gave a look before storming off. I advised the other mechanic that I was going next door to the Sonic for a tea and would be right back. Five minutes later I returned. At this time the first mechanic had a grin and stated the vehicle did not pass inspection because it was 20% and the law was 25%. It should be noted the vehicle had legal tint from the dealer. I argued to no avail. I advised them I was never coming back. I was told by the first mechanic, "Good, I won't have to deal with the headache." All this, because I asked him to do a good job for a service I was paying for. Don't go there.

Tried to get oil change.
Stopped in here today to get oil change on our new Duramax. Tech was unshaven and VERY lacking in cust. Service. Told him we have 3 little dogs in the truck to which he replied "gotta remove them". No courtesy at all, acted like we were encroaching on his time. I VOW to never return. I live in Bandera and will bad mouth that shop as often as I can. Sorry, I need to be treated with respect and consideration when I spend my money. Don't go there, I won't.
