Warranty Repair
Wish I would have read the reviews on this place. Robert is quite the liar and bullshitter when it comes to his service. Last Friday marked the 2nd time in the last month he has had my car for over 2 weeks for warranty repairs. When I called Friday morning to get a status Robert replied "oh I forgot about it"--about my car, that has been in his possession for an accumulated month. If you love not getting honest answers and mistruths about your vehicle this is definitely the place to go. He'll lie to you the whole way through. And it's Monday and still don't have my car back.

Transmission rebuild
It all started September 9th when my vehicle was dropped off for a transmission issue. Robert and I touched base within a few days of the drop off and he quoted me $2800 to rebuild my f350 transmission . At which time he requested half down to start. During that phone call on a wed. He told me the truck would be done the following week on Friday. I called Friday around 3 to make sure I should proceed with getting a ride there. Robert said he hadn't had a chance to look at it yet but he would get everything out over the weekend and I'd be good to go on wed. Wed. Came and went.. I called on friday.. he got everything out but didnt have time to do anything with it. Stated it would be ready wed. Again. Another wed. Comes and he said that it's all back together but something wasnt right so he pulled the tranny and found the problem. Give him until Monday. At this point I call wed. To see whats going on. He said he fixed the 1st problem but had to pull the transmission again because a solenoid was faulty. This was 7 days ago. And yet again i was given a completion date of wed.. What Robert will now know if he reads his reviews is that I still never recieved my email quote for this repair. And 4 weeks after requesting a quote for my hydroboost i still haven't gotten it.. all after requesting my email address 3 different times when i was checking on my truck.. at this point, I have no personal vehicle.. and it's looking like that will continue being the case. If I could give zero stars I would.. NEVER PREPAY A SHOP. If this extends past yet another deadline I'll be forced to take alternative actions.

Great experience. My problem was expertly diagnosed and fixed,fully explained and consulted on every detail. Fully satisfied and would recommend them readily to anyone who has autmotive repair need and wants quality service.
