update
Finally got pink slip and reimbursment check . however amounts not corrrect. received help with local authorites in doing so. Will made the attempt to make it right...

bought car
Update so I finally get a pink slip from Will Monroe Bisanz. ( but still in process no telling what’s going to happen) However I didn’t get the promised navigation DVD for the car nor did I get the original bill of sale. And come to find out the second spare key that he gave me and the owners Manuel didn’t come with the car he sold me. Apparently he bought the owners manual on eBay from another car dealership and the spare key he gave me didn’t belong to the car. But that another story. I get this check from Will for my registration that I already paid him and immediately when to his bank and tried cashing the check. The teller at his bank stated that the check was NSF. I immediately called the investigator at Texas DMV as I was at the bank and told him the issue. The inspector got in touch with Will and told Will that I couldn’t cash the check he sent me. And Will response was " The check was endorsed wrong"..... What.. are you kidding me, how can a check be endorsed wrong when I’m standing here in your bank and the teller is telling me there no funds to cover this check.... another one of Will lies. And until this day I still haven’t received the money I paid for my car registration Almost $3000 . And now Will has the nerves to send me an email saying that he’s going to try to sue me for defamation a character.....yea right bring it on... I got the true CARFACTS on you. (and others to back me up)... All I want is my money I paid to you already for my registration and what you promised... only you can make this right.

bought car
purchased car from Will monroe. now im ubable to reach him. has not provided title on vehicle. there are many that he has done this to. BE AWARE. if your a victim call local police and dmv
