Brakes
I was blown away. Chris was the gentleman that came out to look at my brakes on a Lexus IS250. I have a squeaking noise that happens at the end of the breaking. I was prepared to spend what their quote told me I was going to spend which was a great price to begin with. After he looked at my car, he stated a brake job was not needed. He did state that the reason there was a squeaking noise was due to the rotors on the front had a groove in them due to they should have been replaced when the brakes were done. He stated that I had up to a year left on the pads and that he would recommend waiting until then to do so. He did not want to make me spend my hard earned money until I had to to fix the problem. I have never had a repairman tell me not to do work to my car. Fair, Honest, and punctual. I will call these guys when it is time to do my brakes in the future. They looked out for my interest not just theirs. Rare in today's world.

Brake Service
Outstanding Service! I cannot say enough about the service and value...called re a ML350 with the brake wear light on...MB wanted big $$$! Called Dan and he set up for Chris to stop by the next day. Chris showed at the house right on time and within 5 minutes had identified that only the rear pads needed replacement...30 minutes later the brakes were done, the brake light was off, and I had a big smile on my face! I probably saved over $1000! Chris was extremely professional, friendly and informative. Car is driving great. Will definitely use again! The $$ in the auto industry are not in the manufacture or sale of a vehicle...they are in the inflated prices for parts and service. Every auto service business model I have encountered is built on the "up-sell" principle...that is to take advantage of the customers lack of knowledge and add un-needed parts and labor to a repair (I actually heard a brake shop owner tell his mechanics they needed to hit a certain average $$ number per repair at the start of the day once). This was the first time I have encountered a brake mechanic who did not try to push the up-sell....well done!

Land Rover Brakes
These guys are amazing. I was quoted over 3 times the cost from the Land Rover dealership. Chris came out and did the work in a hour and saved me a TON of money. They are honest, fast and cheap. I would recommend their services to anyone!!
