Great Car Sales
I was told "no" all day before I stopped at VP Auto Sales. I know that they didnt just want to get my money and throw me in anything. There was a genuine courtesy. Im glad that I had a chance too experience to wok with some true professionals.

AC
We were in dire need of a vehicle that would seat 5-6 comfortably but had some credit problems due to health issues. I started looking online and came across the site for VP. I called and spoke with Brandon, explained our situation and what I had to work with. We made the trip that weekend to Garland from Fort Worth to check out a couple of the vehicles. After a very quick and EASY transaction, we were on our way home in our new-to-us very well kept Buick Rendezvous. It really could not have gone better. Well, a couple of days later, we had a couple of issues arise with the vehicle - the A/C went out and the RPMs were dipping low. I called and spoke with the service manager and she requested that I bring the vehicle to her that Wednesday. I called around noon to see if they had even looked at it yet and was surprised to hear that they were finished with the work. Both were simple repairs and they got right on it that morning. We have not had a problem since then and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Purchase/Non Repairs/Excuses
Unfortunately I have to give them a star... ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION... ALTHOUGH DESERVED... Times were tough and I bought a car for my son here. They are great to take your money. All of these reviews are on the car buying experience. Before you get yours keys and after you've signed the loan docs, the reviews are written at the dealership. Once the deal is done... forget about it. Kevin the manager/part owner, let me not go there, but beware. Your vehicle will always need to be serviced/repaired, and for an additional down payment on the repairs, and additional money added to the already high car payment... you get the idea and see where I'm going. Again, do not believe the reviews you see on Google. When you go in to purchase, and while your waiting on your copies of the signed paperwork, you are sat in front of a computer, with Google pulled up and asked to write a review to rate your experience. No pressure right? If you want honest reviews, look outside of Google. If you have no other choice, no one else will finance you, you don't have a big down payment, and walking is your only option... walk until you can save more and still GO ELSEWHERE don't make the same mistake. They have a D rating on the BBB for a reason. Yes, they have a D RATING ON THE BBB....

Hey don't believe any of what you hear positive for the company. I personally saw a paper on Rachel's wall that said ask for a good review. I can't say that everyone isn't nice when you start there to get a car. However, once you are there things change. VP Auto Sales make a lot of money on repairs to vehicles. I was there again for repairs or see why my car continue not start and in the time I was there 2 ladies were there to pickup vehicles for repairs and one lady left and came back. Another lady come back to get her Down payment back no sale. Another positive thing, if you want a car with HIGH MILEAGE and high price come to VP AUTO SALES. my vehicle had 189,000 at this time I bought it and was told that the vehicle had been verified by their mechanic that it was a good car. the total price for my car 13,000+ for a 2002 chevy malibu. I can say if you can not get a car anywhere else and I mean no where else on earth that this is the place. this is a true tote your note place and we all know that means.

PLEASE CONTACT ME AT DTRAIN220@HOTMAIL.COM SO I CAN SEND YOU COPIES OF ALL OF THE RECEIPTS FOR THE REPAIRS TO MY CAR THAT I HAVE HAVE FOR 5 MONTHS. I purchased a car on 12/1/2011, my salesperson was Brandon and Kevin. I sat in the office for 3-4 hours at the time because that were having an end of year sell. I got a 2002 silver malibu which total is $13,000 with 189,000 miles and at the time when i got the car that night i did not hear any noise because I was seating there for hours and tired. Later, there was a noise in the brakes that got worse. I called Brandon and he told me to bring the car in and by the time I got there he was gone. I went into the office and lady told me to call Gloria. I called Gloria and she lied saying she was not at the location and I need to talk to the Manager which is Kevin. At this time, I have had the car 14 days and made my first payment. Kevin, comes out sipping his drink and he said the me that he was not putting a dime in the car. And because I put the $1.00 that he was asking for and because he does not know how I am going to make my payment that I had to get the repairs done myself. I have only had the car 3 months, I had to pay $250.00 for brake repairs, $100.00 on a new battery, and now $523.00 fuel pump that has just gone out. Okay so on 3/20/2012 my car broke down again, which is 2 weeks from that last repairs. This time it is Power steering power, Pully and belt. I call VP Auto sales to speak with Gloria and Kevin got on the phone a little upset about my review on 3/5/2012. He wanted me to make sure I added at the time when he advised me that he was not putting another dime into my car. That I said I was going to wreckout the vehicle. 3 1/2 months later I have not wrecked out the car because it is still baraking down on its own. to honor there great help and assistants let me say they are making the repairs to which i will have to pay for in month installments. Thank VP Auto Sales for your help on my NEW CAR of 3 1/2
