Repainted hood

I had a hood repainted on a 2005 Ford Expedition due to lost of the clear coat and paint. Being an older car, I was worried about matching the color, I needed not worry, it's a great match and a professional job. I tell my grandkids, "Look at my new car!" The shop and office were very neat and clean, Holley the customer service rep. was very helpful. Thanks, Darold

Replace windows

Dropped off car to have two windows replaced. Called to confirm car would be ready, but they never confirmed. I life out of town, so did not go pickup. They claim that one of the windows was busted out again by someone who doesn't like me. I find that highly unlikely since I live 3 hours away. Take your business to a reputable body shop.

Collison Repair

I took my car to the location in Burleson. The staff and manager are very unprofessional. I was told deductible would be waive up to $500.00 by the manager Jennifer before they started repairs. I was told the repair would take 7 days. Then the 7 days turn in to 10 more days. This repair shop had my car for a total of 30 days in order fix minor repairs. Long story short, my deductible was $250.00. I was told my balance was $154.85 because I was given a percentage off only my deductible by Jennifer. Of course this amount had to paid before they released my car back to me. The manager / owner was barely in the office. There was a young lady by the name of Destiny who answered the phones. She was absolutely useless, and no help at all. I wouldn't use Ciollison max again, if my life depended on it.

Body repair

Took my car in after an accident and was told it would take a week. Called back a week later was told it would be the next Friday. Called and was told next week. This went on for 5 weeks till I told them I would be in to pick it up on a Wed. Still wasn't ready and was given the same excuse each time. Parts didn't fit or weren't good enough. Picked it up on 11/2/13 and it still wasn't ready. And then i had to buy a new battery cause they let it run down while in the shop. Manager was never in the shop and no one ever called to tell me the status on my car or about delays. Customer service was very sloppy and unconcerned with my needs.
