partial restoration
I took my 1960 tr-3 to British Sports Car Center to get a partial restoration completed. Mr. Kitts assured me it would take two months untill completion. Seven months later he delivered the car at night. The next day I inspected the car. I was amazed at the poor quality of the work. I have NEVER seen such pitiful workmanship. I cannot understand how he stays in business. Fools like me, I guess. John Veillon

Transmission Repair
I have a 1996 Dodge Dakota that lost it's tranny back in December 2012. After several attempts to locate a shop to repair my truck for a reasonable amount I took it to this shop, (which is in my neighborhood). Now, Mr. Kitts's shop doesn't specialize in domestic auto repair, but I have to say, he did an outstanding job repairing my truck. And he did it for several hundred dollars cheaper. There are other problems with my truck and Mr. Kitts is helping get those sorted out as well. I'm sure that had it not been for Mr. Kitts and his willingness to work on my truck, it would still be broke down. I will recommend this shop to anyone in need of a repair.

Service Provided
TODAY, September 14, 2012, I had my car towed from British Sports Cars to my place. 14 months ago, I drove my Mercedes Benz to British Sports Car Center. Bill Kitts, the owner, promised me several times that my car would be fixed completely for the $1,400 I paid him and now, the car is all but trashed, inside and out. I drove my black 1995 Mercedes into British Sports Cars in Houston based on a trusted referral from a friend. I was so dumb not to check more references. Well here's your reference from me: Upon my first visit to check the status of repair, I found my trunk wide open with rain water and leaves soiling it completely. The back drivers window was down with MY windbreaker jacket slammed in the door to drape over it to keep the rain out. REALLY? A mechanic can't role a window up? At another visit, the large yard dog with quite muddy feet jumped in and ran around it for 30 seconds leaving the nice leather seats muddy and scratched. Bill responded with an offensive "OH WELL - I'M SURE IT'S OK" attitude. Literally 14 months later, the mercedes is left not working, battery dead and Bill Kitts had the stupidity to leave my sun roof open 5 inches letting more leaves and rain spots on the seats. The right passenger rear view mirror cover is missing and the rear drivers side parking light lens cover has a hole in it. My total investment including computer parts I purchased out of my own pocket is over $1,800. BEWARE! PROCEED WITH HIGH LEVELS OF CAUTION BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK. GET IT ALL IN WRITING!! SERIOUSLY! BILL KITTS WILL TAKE YOU FOR THE RIDE OF YOUR LIFE AND YOU MOST LIKELY WILL NOT HAVE A WORKING VEHICLE AT THE END OF YOUR DEAL WITH HIM.
