Front Brakes and shock absorbers
Been coming to this shop for a while. Quick stop and go oil changes and tires and pleased with their past service. Today my son took our old van for a check up and oil change. I ended up paying $1,044.61 for brakes and shock absorbers. They took advantage of an inexperienced young man and lied to us about the expected cost of repairs. Once the van arrived at home and I saw the invoice, I called the shop (Kwik Kar Lube Copperfield #106) and asked to speak to the manager. The man that answered the phone refused to let me speak with the manager and all he said was "what you want.... what you want"... deplorable telephone etiquette and customer service. I am recent widow with a tight budget. This expense practically wiped out my checking account. Neither my family nor I will ever set foot in this place again. I will make sure my neighbors and acquaintances stay away as well.

unnecessary repairs!
DRIVE TO ANOTHER GARAGE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Brought fully functioning car to this location, they "fixed" it, and now it doesn't run or start!! They left the air filter on top of the engine, not where it should've been, and surprisingly enough, it broke down...IN THE MIDDLE OF RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC. My son could've been killed!! "oh no, we did nothing wrong. it's just a coincidence" They ripped us off for almost 1000$!! We are having to rely on our church for food. The fact that other KK's say they would have taken care of us and fixed it at no extra charge, this particular KK is like...."heh, sorry" kinda attitude. They want to charge us 1600$ for....wait for it.....you got it, A NEW AIR INTAKE SYSTEM!!! Clearly logic and common sense and customer service are not their forte! Yes, they seem nice and really " want to take care of you"....not so much! DRIVE AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN AWAY!! Save your money!!
