Coming here is a mistake I will not make again. I was told my car needed brake work, injectors needed cleaning, oil should really be flushed, possible radiator leak. Do you think all women don't know anything about cars? Whenever I told them no, they were very rude. Well, in retrospect, they were that way to begin with. I have never had this big of a hassle.

I have to highly recommend this location. They are friendly and their service is second to none! They treat their customers as if they were their best friends and/or family. I would drive for miles just to go to this location

I visited this place a little over a year ago and had a good experience. There was an oriental woman who watched over things and seemed to have things in check. In the area again, I decided to return. As the saying goes, all good things must end. The staff was not friendly at all, the place was dirty, very different from last time. I have nothing against rap music, but not the blaring kind. It doesn't set the best possible image. Too bad the place has slipped. I guess there must be new owners or management, or something. I won't be going back.

I visited this location today and all I can say is wow. The level of customer service is unlike anything I have ever seen. I was greeted by the manager, Ms. Mills, and she was very helpful and did a great job explaining the services to me. I was treated wonderfully by the entire staff. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. In fact, I was so comfortable my car was ready before I knew it. Overall, this was the nest customer service experience I've had in quite some time. I highly recommend this shop

Shop was very busy. The staff got me in and out very fast and they were so friendly. I read all these bad reviews and clearly it's the same person with a grudge. This Kwik Kar is amazing and their customer service really stands out. It's a shame some people try to ruin a great name! Thank you Kwik Kar !!

Went in for an oil change. Torque screw stripped. Found out a few days later. Rude people as well, loud music and not focused on job, obviously.

Not a very friendly place, especially when I said no to injector cleaning, radiator flush, brake adjustment and other things I really didn't need. Kind of a scary place. Didn't know if I was going to be greeted or robbed. Just my humble opinion!

This is one of the the best places I have brought my truck in years!! The manager is very friendly and the staff is knowledgeable !! They take the time to explain everything to you, and provide you with the most valuable information. The female manager treats you like a person not just a number, her customer service really stands out!!

I stopped in for an oil change. The technician, listed on the invoice, C. Mills stated that I had gone twice over the amount of miles. However, this was not accurate as my car only requires oil changes every 5,000 miles. Of course, I knew where she was headed and as I suspected, she recommended (an upsell) letting her flush it out at half-price. I declined, so she indicated that she could go ahead and change the oil, but it would still appear very dark. I should have cancelled the service and left at this point, but I allowed the oil change. Afterwards, a couple of days later, the oil change reminder light came on, so I am assuming she didn't reset the data at the time of the change. To be safe, I took the car to the dealership to have them re-change the oil and reset the data to be safe. Lesson learned. I have my doubts on whether she actually changed the oil. My dealership has the same doubts. I will not use this business ever again and cannot recommend to anyone.
