transmission
Warning these are scam artist and run a fraudlent credit card charge theft ring look on BBB site. file claims with att WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ! A $1385.00 special is advertised worst case senario for transmission rebuild on google for this place, they get you in ask for the deposit $1385.00 to start and then after they start working on it, they call you back two day's later for another $1800.00, so then the job will be $3,185.00. lesson learned never make a deposit to start work, call around and find a shop that will be honest they will tear down a transmission for about $300.00 and tell you exactly whats wrong before they start so you can decide if it is really worth fixing, also checkout BBB site, and google the managers name Steven Hoffman has been involved in several lawsuits involving transmissions from chicago to las vegas and if you want to sue this guy his business is in houston but you must file in Dallas tx court. orney general.

TRANSMISSION
1/9/2015...... My transmission is still under warranty from these clowns and is OUT. I stopped by the same location that fixed it on JONES RD. only to discover that they are OUT OF BUSINESS! The new business is a general auto repair. The owner was nice enough to tell me that he has people stop by every day looking for MR. TRANSMISSION with problems with their repairs. IF ANYBODY KNOWS HOW TO REACH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE PLEASE POST!

buyer beware! I called the jones rd location after looking them up with the BBB and talked to the owner Wayne Ray. We made and agreement for the cost and he assured me that it would not be a charge at all before he let me know what the problem was. I called to find out what it waand he had sent my vehicle to the srping location which he also owns with an F rating with the BBB and they jacked up the cost. When I told them no they told me it would be $500. to pick it up. I over payed them to fix it and filed a complaint with the BBB. That night between 3am &4am on a tuesday my vehicle was hit and they ran. I live in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. I filed a lawsuit and they filed bankruptcy to avoid paying me. Also my vehilce was leaking fluid and the transmission is not working at all.... They suck!
