instrument panel
Roy cooksey replaced the defective speedometer gauge and all the gauge motors on my 2003 Yukon. He also replaced one of the lights. I had learned that most businesses replace all the motors and lights. when I asked him about the rest of the lights he said all the lights are covered under his lifetime warranty. Everything worked well for 6 months, then a light went out, I called him to replace the light as he promised , he wanted another $150 and said that the lights are not covered. I would NOT use him because many businesses replace all the lights so they they donot have to come back to replace the lights

I remained stunned at the service and the fair price charged by this business. I wish there were more businesses like Texas Instrument Cluster. When it comes to vehicle repair i cringe and expect to go into debt to pay for repairs. Doug Noack owner of Texas Instrument Cluster answered the phone and made his way to my location that same afternoon. The entire repair took just a few minutes, he did what he advertises, he replaced all the gauge motors. The dealer quoted $300 MORE than the $150 and I would have had to leave my truck there for a day! I love my working gauges! Thanks Doug! I sure wish there were more of you out there!!!

It's been a long time since I have found someone so willing to help and just down right good! This guy knows his stuff and was able to assist me with my problems very quickly and I would recommend him again and again! Thanks again, Doug!
