I was gleaning over some old emails and came across the receipt for my part repair. It is dated 4/14/2011. Better late than never. Although there was never any conversation between the company and myself, I did receive the repaired part back unexpectedly one day without knowing when it would be repaired or returned. i brought car in to have transmission check he said it wasnt worth rebuilding and he would look around for a used one he called back next day said he located one it had 50000 miles on it 13oo.oo witch included new axles 6 months warranty i hadnt drove car much only 2200 miles sinced replaced 7 months it started acting up called steve and he said nothing could be done it only had 6 month warranty you would think a 50000 mile transmission would do better than that not very good service not recommended

My transmission went in March 2014. Gibco rebuilt it. It took over 2 weeks. It began slipping and shifting hard and would not go into overdrive. I brought it back to them. They have had my truck for 10 days, the day it was to be ready, they will not answer the phone. I live 180 miles from Ft. worth. I have been lied to and they don't complete their work on time. Do NOT take your vehicle here for any reason!
