Interior Detail/Shampoo
I should say lack of shampoo/interior detail...since they refused to do my car. My 2 small puppies got car sick on the way to the vet. They then proceeded to track dried poop, not diarrhea, over the seats while I had gone into the store to get paper towels to clean it up with. I decided that an interior shampoo would be the most efficient and expedient since my car is relatively new and the interior was very clean. When I got there, my car was refused on the basis that it is company policy--no bodily fluids. Really? because what? you might get AIDS from my dog? oh wait...so no urine, no poop, no saliva, no semen (do people admit that to you when they bring the car in..?)I volunteered my story..because I was being honest, but who knew it was forbidden? I wonder what's in those carpets they don't tell you about? Are there any food items you won't clean? they're organic too? Sounds like if there are so many items that you are too good to clean, maybe you should be in another business!

Wash and Wax
Fantastic wash every time I have gone here. There are delays sometimes, however this is a result of your consistent and thorough service you provide. People are willing to wait for their vehicles to be cleaned because of the high level of service.
