Car detailing service near Krum, TX

I found DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, a few months ago after searching for a place that did Paintless Dent Repair(PDR) north of Dallas. I have delt with several PDR businesses in the past to repair door dings and hail dents. I was never satisified with their work. I took a chance with DFW Dent Repair to take out some door dings and some manufacturer defects in the sheetmetal on my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 and hoped for the best. I could not believe my eyes after Justin and Chase did the work. It was like the door dings and defects were never there! I was so happy with their work that I recently took my wife's 2012 black Jeep Overland to take out a nice size door ding. Justin took care of it easily. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to give a huge "Thank You" to DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, for making our cars look great and for their 1st class customer service!!!

HI I noticed that the McKinney location for DFW Dent Repair was under construction so I took my 2014 Honda Accord to their Lewisville location to get some recent hail damage repaired. These guys are great! They worked with my insurance company and made to process so easy. It's amazing how they work their "magic" and saw dents I didn't even realize where there. They answered all of my questions and are very "customer focused" They got my car in and out in a reasonable time and the coupon on their website helped me cover my deductible! I was so thrilled with how the Honda turned out, I just dropped off our Mercedes E350 for hail damage repairs! I've dealt with fly by night dent repair companies that pop up like weeds after a hail storm before. This is a brick and mortor location and this is all they do! Oil, lube, car wash, and state inspections.

I visited Tony's for the first time for a quick car wash because I wanted to find a place close to work that I could visit on a regular basis (vs. my regular car wash which is close to my home in Bedford). The car wash itself is what one would expect, however, the tear to the leather on my driver-side seat was not. (Please note that I’ve had my car less than 2 ½ weeks, still with dealer tags.) When I spoke to the manager about the damage, he checked with both of the men that serviced my car and both claimed that neither had anything in their pockets that would cause the damage. Then he played the video that showed one of the men climbing in to my car to drive it to the wash. The manager claimed that the video proved that his pockets were empty. That I can agree with --- but there was no proof as to what happened when either men were actually inside of the car. Needless to say, Tony’s claimed no liability and that the damage must have been there when I arrived. Finally, after much going back and forth, the manager took a photo of the damage, my name and number and said he would have the owner call me. 48 hours later, I’m still waiting on that call back…

09/02/2012 I took my truck to the carwash and bought the $12.00 carwash, after I vacumed my truck. I noticed that the front bumper was still very dirty and the side of my fender had grass clippings still on the side. I went back through the pay lane and and informed the attendant of the problem. A young man came over and I told him the same thing I told the attendant and he told me what did i expect from the car wash. I told him I expected a clean truck. As I tried to explain that the truck was not muddy or extremely dirty he talked over me and said you are not listening to me and proceeded to tell me that I need to tell his personnel to scrub the bumper and the side of the truck. I have never had problems with your carwash in the past and I was really shocked at the service I recieved.

I purchased a $29.99 car wash with detail. Upon completion I tipped the employee and left. I then went to AutoZone, less then a mile away to purchase an air freshener. Within an hour, I noticed that the drivers side mud mat was missing. I then checked the rest of the car and noted that the left rear mat was missing as well. I immediately went back to the car wash. The manager (Charlie) said it wasn't in the car. I insisted that they look for it. After 10 minutes he returned, and told me to look for it at home. I asked for the owners name or insurance information. He refused to provide it to me. I have priced the replacement cost which is around $109.00. Buyer beware!!!
