sold me a vehicle.
the service was incredible, fear deals and very honest they told me exactly what happened to the car and i didn't even ask. the car saved my life and I'm so grateful and thankful the a came to marshall Texas that day. thank you & keep up the good work.

sold our 17 year old a used car
Colonel Armstrong advertises used vehicle on Craigslist "for sale by owner" not "For sale by Dealer", which he should not be misleading customers since he holds a dealers license. He mislead our 17 year old daughter then when she purchased a used car from him two days later she began having major issues with the vehicle. all over Electrical malfunctions and over heating. He was made aware and she requested a refund. He promised to give her another vehicle, gave us the run around, ignored our calls and then asked her how much money is she willing to loose. She was 17 and a college student. Now he refuses to do anything. She was a minor at the time she purchased the vehicle and legally he must refund her money but he refuses and told us to take him to court or do whatever we have to do, he doesn't care. She has had to postpone her classes in college do to this situation and no transportation. We gave him time to rectify this situation and now will begin legal procedures to recuperate our daughters hard earned money. After I, her mother, contacted Armstrong yet again to let him know that the vehicle had broken down on our daughter, and what steps we would take if no refund was issued, Armstrong began shouting obscenities on the phone and said "do what you have to do, take me to court, I don't care" and hung up.
