i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

Nick goes above and beyond to provide a great service at the lowest cost possible. He will shop parts from different suppliers to find a deal, etc. then present all the options to you and he lets the customer decide. He has always been honest with me and never suggests extra work that doesn't truly need to be done. Never pushy. Always wants what is best for the customer's needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

These folks are the real deal! Friendly and qualified, they don't sell you stuff you don't need. They just rebuilt my engine and the final bill was $200 less than the estimate. When's the last time THAT happened to you? They work on classics as well as modern cars...there's always a cool car or two to check out when you are there!

My car would not start, I thought it was a bad battery. They checked it out and said the battery was good - no need to waste money on a new battery. They found the problem (alternator), and fixed it the same day. Price was reasonable too.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Collinsworth is the worst shop in Garland. Went in to get an alignment and Greg the owner tells us it was unsuccessful due to the wheel bearings needing to be fixed. He then says he can not do the alignment until that is fixed but we need to pay the full amount of the the alignment. So we paid for a service that was not done. As I was talking to him asking for a refund, he missed a phone call and tells me “you see, I just lost another customer because of this issue, bottom line you will not get your money back”. He was so unprofessional and just plain mean. He wanted to charge over $750 to fix the wheel bearings when a shop down the street agreed to do it for $450 (alignment included) I definitely will not go back there and advice anyone looking for a place to fix your car DO NOT GO TO COLLINSWORTH on Saturn and Cranford (Garland, TX). In my opinion they are thieves!!!!
