Wesley began Rychlik Auto in 1976 in a small one bay shop with a gasoline island and one employee. Quickly the business grew, by the early 80s a larger area was necessary forcing the business move to a different location. In 1986, Wesley left the repair shop but continued in the automotive field. In 1996 he and Jan returned purchasing a large full service garage and expanded with two wreckers. By 2006 the one half acre lot was not sufficient for the growing operation and the current location was purchased. The new property is almost 5 acres an 11,000 sq ft building. The daily routine now requires over a dozen employees to operate the twenty bay shop, seven wreckers and two service trucks.
