Over heating
This location is full of crap!! They overcharged my daughter to fix her overheating car!! First off, they lied and said that they fixed it!! It started running hot the next day after her picking it up!! I talked to them an they tried to say that they fixed it and that is was probably another issue and tried to tell her that it would be another $225!! I had her take the care elsewhere to have it rechecked and it was confirmed that they actually did not do the work in the first place!! So, guess what!? Now, they will get sued!!!!

Brakes and alignment
These mechanics don't know what they are doing! I brought my car in for a preventative brake job. They ended up changing the price on my- when I said it was too high they were suddenly able to knock off $175.00 and throw in a free alignment. Driving home, my car veered to the right- it drove straight as an arrow before they touched it! I took it back the next day. Even after showing me some fancy print out which didn't mean anything to me, and "fixing" it-the car still pulls to the right and now the back wheel is making a scrape-squeak, scrape-squeaking noise every time the wheel goes around. And pulls even worse to the right. Now I get to go back another time!! I should have trusted my gut and ran from these slick willies.

alignment
All the managers and mechanics were,knowledgeable,courteous and timely with the service. My car drives like new again. Thank-you 10-20-12.
