To be fair and reasonable, I will state only the facts of the terrible experience I received at the hands of Justin and Jim while my vehicle was being serviced at Elliot's Auto in Willis, Texas. Being new to the area, I had my jeep towed to the facility because a pulley was locked up and causing a belt to squeal. I stated a few things about the vehicle that I knew needed repair, but only authorized the repair of the cause of the squealing. The mechanic diagnosed the vehicle and presented a list of repairs almost identical to the list I presented them, with exception of a tune up & oil change that he felt the jeep needed. ($140) The alternator was installed at over $200 for the part, which after researching found to be priced at several local auto parts stores for $124.95. The tow was $85 and was,in my opinion, the only reasonable charge. After speaking to a few of the local residents familiar with Elliot's Auto, I feel like I would have received a better service elsewhere. Service: Tow to shop One alternator installed Charge: $460

I have a/c repaired on 3 different vehicles in the past 10 years by Bruce. Never had an issue after he fixed them. Would recommend him to anyone wanting there a/c fixed right.

Redline Racing is an automotive mechanic shop which has been in business for over 20 years. We have all the newest equipment and do work from basic oil changes to complete race motors.

This shop is small, but they were very professional. I was told from the dealer i had several oil leaks and it would cost 2,300 dollars to fix my BMW. I heard about hi tech from a friend and they took care of me. They offered to clean off the oil first, and run the engine to verify if i had more than one leak. I didn't! It turns out i had one leak and they fixed it for less than half that. They were honest and up front about everything they told me. There are alot of rip off shops out there. I really wish someone would close these jerks down. SCAMMERS CON-ARTS, CROOKS, SWINDLERS. In-human idiots that lie lie lie and steal your money. They fix nothing. I brought my car there and paid an arm and leg for them to fix my car and nothing but made it worse. Anyone that reads these reviews and brings there car to them Please call the police immediately. IMMEDIATELY. I wish the police would pay attention to these reviews, go there and shut them down and arrest these thief's. They have a post on Craig's list so beware. Oh that review that someone said their $600 dollar radio was stolen. It wasn't stolen they so called mechanics stole it and lied.

Inept, rude, terrible customer service. 30+years in auto repair I will NEVER use them again.

It took 2 business weeks and a weekend for this place to fix my car. Something simple turned into a nightmare. He replaced 4 coils and had to replace the computer. Supposedly the computer went bad when the coils went out, this should not have taken so long to repair. He purchased a "NEW" computer, it was bad so he had to go back (I'm assuming to the auto junk yard) and get another one. A NEW computer wouldn't be "bad" upon purchase. The computer programmer guy took forever to come, when he did come he couldn't do it, so he had to call another computer guy, then this guy didn't have the right programs when he came out the first time, so he had to leave and come back the next day and program it. I will NEVER go back and I advise you to never go either. He overbooks himself and tells you he will fix it and get it back to you the next day. It doesn't happen. This is a very unprofessional auto shop. There's cars ever where. They do not communicate with you about your car or call you back. I made countless BLANK trips to the shop because he would not answer his phone, call back or give me a call in the first place to find out the status of my car, just to find out it will be fixed "TOMORROW" - this went on for 11 DAYS. One of the mechanics wrote bitch on my back window (in the dirt with his finger). There was other car parts propped on my car. They play loud music, drink beer and talk. When it was finally fixed 11 days later my car had grease all over the steering wheel, gear stick, windows and doors, it was filthy. You would think after an auto shop took so long to fix the car, they would do something to make it right. At least refund a part of the $585 or wash your car. I will NEVER go back, EVER. I advise you to choose another mechanic.

Was sent to this shop by Discount Tires to repair a stud they broke on my van. This shop is horrible, they lack in Customer Service and gave me the run around and never fixed the van. Discount Tires was notifed and they are currently looking for a new vendor.

Horrible Service. These boys don't know what there doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. They took my money but did not provide the service stated on the invoice. Had to get new brakes and rotors within 3 months of them putting new brakes and Rotors on, really really!!! Better Business Bureau gives this Meineke location an "F" rating . Sad but true they are not to be trusted. This business is not BBB accredited.

11-18 -19 My car over heated. Stan, who is a lair and a cheat, told me it was a thermostat. So I greed to have them fix it. Then Stan called claiming the water pump was bad and it is easier to replace the timing belt at this time so I agreed. While they changed the timing belt they mistimed the engine and destroyed it. They bought a replacement engine a “ salvaged” long block. No telling how many mile is on it! I asked that they put the parts I paid for on the salvaged engine. Almost ONE month later, 12-16-19 after repeated calls made by me I was able to pick up my car. I presented the rental car bill and Stan, who is a lair and a cheat said the owner will send me a check, but my car broke after 10 minutes of driving. They tried to claimed it was the exhaust not the engine but eventually cleared the problem. I asked Stan who is a lair and a cheat, if the new parts are on my car and he said no, but I’m going to warranty it for 3yrs 36k miles prorated. Next morning the engine light came on so I took it to the dealer it was there for 3 days while repairing the wiring and sensors that weren’t wired correctly and install missing bolts on the engine! To date my car has still overheated 2X I have exhaust fumes in the cab and most importantly I have not been reimbursed for the rental car and don’t have the parts I paid for.
