POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY PSEAK TO YOU AS IF THEY ARE PRISON GUARDS OR SOMETHING. MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN AGAIN AND NO ONE TO TALK TO ! SAD. I AM MISSING WORK AND THEY WANT MONEY SO THEY SHOULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT! GREEDY, UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE

This truck broke down again, and now they dont answer the phones. I have to block out my number for them to answer and when they do, they are rude, and unprofessional. Where is my truck? Where is a loaner so I can go to and from? They charge me an extra month when I already paid for one month but no, there is an extra week. Well, that check should be mine and not your greedy hands. No one will tell me if they picked up the truck and how do I continue my business today. Why is it hard to get a loaner when the truck is still under warranty? Only had it 1 month, from 11/213/17 to 12/12/17. This patchwork designed to constantly break down by never fixing the issue properly the first time! No new battery was ever placed in that truck and the alternator looks like a grease ball!. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR SERVICE PERIOD AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE MY RADIO BACK ON A WHITE STATION EVERY TIME I GET IT BACK!!
